Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Prices are based on the information and photos provided or what we see at inspection. If the job turns out to be significantly different, we’ll talk to you before any change in price.
Property inspections
Inspection requests made through this website are requests only. Appointments are confirmed once we contact you.
Bookings and access
Please make sure we can safely access the areas to be worked on, with pets secured and gates unlocked. Weather may occasionally require us to reschedule; we’ll let you know as early as possible.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.
Payment
Payment terms will be set out in your quote or invoice.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
